62,000 Meter Row challenge

People rowing on C2 machines

June is PTSD awareness month. Every year I pick a challenge and work with Stop Soldier Suicide to raise money and awareness to an important cause.

This year I am taking on the 62,000m row challenge. I will be upping my current workout plan to hit this goal.

On average I will be trying to hit about 16,500m per week until the end of June.

The military has a 57% higher risk than the National average suicide risk and having PTSD plays a large role in that number. I am teaming up with Stop Soldier Suicide to help raise awareness and get information out there for anyone who may be in need to try to lower that risk by making access better.
